SAS® OnDemand for Academics: SAS® Enterprise Miner Stopped Responding

If you have been using SAS® OnDemand for Academics: SAS® Enterprise Miner without issue for your class and then one day you start experiencing the following:

• You click a property, but nothing happens, or there is only a sound.
• You try to open results, but nothing is displayed.
• The user interface fails to respond: it seems to lock, hang, or freeze.
