Hello, as I understand the response tables in CI 360 are populated similar to the contact history tables, i. e. automatically as specified in the different deployed tasks. Is there also a way to add data to these tables using custom calls to the Events API? Say, I have an external system that processes transactions based on content (with response tracking codes) provided by CI 360 and I create a third-party process that calls the CI 360 Events API to create custom events that contain the response tracking codes and the value of the respective response. Is there a way to get this information from the custom events table to the response history directly without having to implement this after the fact in an on-prem ETL process?

Hello Paul

The response history table is populated when a primary or secondary task metric is classified as a response event on the Insights tab within a task.  So you would need to add a secondary metric (and indicate that it a response) referencing the  External Event you are sending to the Event API

Kind regards

Maria
